Matt McDowell

Matt McDowell Reiners and Tamarack Ranch specialize in the breeding, raising, and training of high-quality reining horses. Tamarack Ranch and head trainer, Matt McDowell, have committed to owning some of the finest broodmares in the industry. The cornerstone of their breeding program includes the great mares, Dun Its Black Gold, the NRHA’s Leading Dam in 2013, Spooks N Sparks, the 2011 NRHA’s Non Pro futurity champion and earner of over $100,000 and Miss Silver Gun, multiple event winner and earner of over $80,000.

Matt McDowell Reiners is located at the beautiful Tamarack Ranch in Joseph, Oregon. There they offer a top notch facility which includes a 125×250 covered arena, large pastures of luscious green grass, two 10 stall show barns and an office.

Dylan Meyer

Dylan Meyer owns and operates a professional cutting horse training program in Jackson CA. Dylan apprenticed under NCHA Hall of Famer Dave McGregor and has now been running his own training program since 2010. In that time he has trained numerous aged event finalists such as Sans Bad Chex (El Rancho Futurity Reserve Champion Gary Ward Memorial and Gelding Champion), Smart Reyette (El Rancho Futurity Finalist and PCCHA Futurity Intermediate Reserve Champion), Floz Blue Sue (PCCHA Futurity Open and Intermediate Finalist and Limited Open Champion), and Ruby Roulette (PCCHA Futurity Open and Intermediate Finalist). Many horses he has trained have gone on to win non pro and amateur aged events and NCHA Weekend world titles.

Robin Bond

Robin Bond has been training professionally since 1993. After spending 22 years in jumping, dressage and combined training, Robin set her sights on western events. Her experience now includes trail, reining, reined cowhorse, ranch horse versatility, and extreme cowboy racing.

Frankie Thieriot

Frankie Thieriot is an accomplished rider who has competed at the top levels of eventing for nearly a decade. Thieriot rode her long time partner Fric Frac Berence to multiple three star competitions, and has since made a name for herself as the face of US eventing, interviewing athletes across the country for the USEA.

Currently, Frankie rides Tory Smith’s Uphoria, a talented 9-year-old holsteiner mare. Together, the duo has had a great deal of success in their short time as partners.

In 2012 Frankie and Uphoria “Roo” finished 2nd and 3rd respectively in Roo’s first CIC* and CCI* events and brought home the win from start to finish in just their 2nd Intermediate competition. Roo also finished the 2012 season winning the best-conditioned horse honor for all FEI divisions at the Galway Downs International Event. Together Frankie and Roo look forward to continuing their partnership and hope to move up to the 2* level in 2013.

Alex Simpson

Alex Simpson ownes and operates Double S Horse Ranch, a 115 acre ranch in the foothills of Clovis, California. Alex specializes in breeding, training and producing barrel horses and events. Alex holds an animal science degree from California State University Fresno with an emphasis in equine science. Alex has been competitively running barrels for almost 20 years and is currently running her 1D mare Cruising For The Cash as well as some upcoming horses. Double S Horse Ranch is a growing facility that currently includes a 330x150' lighted arena, a 250x150' roping/warm up arena and a half mile track.

Shelly Stull

Shelly Stull has been riding for 22 years in the hunter jumper style. She has showed and campaigned since she was ten years old, riding with Legendary Grand Prix Champion Hap Hansen for seven years, followed by four years with Karen Healey.

She enjoyed a very successful career in the Junior Hunter Ring and has continued on, making a name for herself in the world of show jumping.

Shelly now owns and operates Bellaventage Farms, training up a new generation of riders to carry on that winning tradition.
